It takes order export CSVs from multiple sales channels, normalizes the data into a unified format, and deduplicates entries based on your chosen criteria (email, phone, address, or order ID). The result is a single clean CSV with all your orders.

The tool supports order exports from Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, WooCommerce, Etsy, and generic CSV formats. It auto-detects the source based on column headers.

Yes. All merging and deduplication happens entirely in your browser. Your order data, customer emails, addresses, and other sensitive information are never uploaded to any server.

You choose a deduplication key: email address, phone number, shipping address, or order ID. The tool normalizes the chosen field (lowercasing emails, formatting phone numbers, standardizing addresses) and groups matching records together, keeping the most complete version.

The tool handles up to 100,000 combined order rows across all uploaded files. For very large datasets, the merge process runs in batches to keep your browser responsive.
